I’m a presenter, speaker, interviewer and workshop lead who shows organisations why fun is a powerful driver of performance. Drawing on neuroscience, business case studies, real life examples and my own experience, I explore how joy sharpens thinking, improves decision-making under pressure and helps teams do their best work when it matters most.

I’ve spoken at global health summits, TEDxAmsterdamWomen Talent Night and The Do Lectures. My sessions are practical and human, focused on increasing energy, strengthening connection and keeping teams resilient in demanding environments. I also bring a performance background, with training in comedy improvisation and experience in film and documentary work.

Before this, I spent over a decade as an international lawyer in high-stakes settings, including the Federal Court of Australia, the United Nations in New York and The Hague, and the Hague Conference on Private International Law. I worked with international delegations across Europe and in the Pacific, which gave me a deep understanding of what sustains people when the work is complex and pressured.

I later moved into senior leadership communications, advising executive boards at organisations including Aegon NV and Erasmus University’s Rotterdam School of Management. Since founding my consultancy in 2018, I’ve worked with CEOs and leadership teams across health, insurance, logistics, legal tech and professional services, including UN Headquarters New York, Roche Belgium and Elsevier.

I’m also an experienced interviewer, having held long-form conversations with senior leaders for over 20 years. And outside work, I’ve twice walked the Camino de Santiago alone, an experience that taught me endurance, perspective and joy, which now quietly underpins everything I do.
